People who work with Max Pellegrini for the first time are often surprised to see someone so kind, easygoing and pleasant to work with delivering such impressive results so fast.

But longtime clients are used to this level of performance. They’ve learned that he uses his formidable skills, experience and passion where they count: negotiating the superb deal, orchestrating an avalanche of details and delivering results.

Born in Rome, Max approaches his work with signature zest. His buyers and sellers range from entry level to property investors, first-time homes and stunning estates. This huge range and number of deals (he’s closed over 350 transactions since 2009 alone) just keeps enhancing his razor-sharp expertise in every aspect of the process.

Mr. Salvo recently had the “first-timer” experience, and it made him an enthusiast for life. “I don’t even know where to start in describing how helpful Max was in the search for my first home. His knowledge of the area, the buying process, and anything related to home improvements was so vast. From the beginning, he was always trying to find me the perfect house. With each open house and showing, he noted what I liked and didn’t like and refined his search process to ensure that I saw potential in every home he sent.”

As you’d expect from someone who’s represented over $350 million in closed sales in the San Gabriel Valley since 2009, Max has an incredible list of awards and achievements. While he wouldn’t mind sharing them with you, he’d much rather talk about the special and unique stories of the hundreds of clients he’s helped.

Max had the opportunity to assist Catherine and Richard Krell in selling their house. “Both my husband and I are in total agreement regarding our praise for Max Pelligrini – he is an outstanding real estate professional in every respect. We do not make that statement lightly. Max cares about his clients and approached selling our home as if it were his own. He is extremely detailed and knowledgeable of the financial intricacies involved in a real estate transaction. He listens and respects his clients throughout the entire real estate transaction. Everything we asked of him he did willingly and professionally.”

Max’s enthusiasm for his work is only exceeded by one other passion: his family. He spends all his free time with Laurel, his wife of over sixteen years, and their two boys. Ten year old Patrick is a student at Barnhart School in Arcadia, where Max is past President of the Barnhart Parent Group and an active volunteer always ready to help with coaching, driving, and events. Fourteen-year- old Devin is getting ready to enter Loyola High School, where Max is looking forward to getting involved as well.

From area knowledge and powerful connections to compelling marketing, superb negotiation to savvy appraisal, inspection and financing, Max is the virtuoso you want on your side.
